Epic Soundtracks
What is important to you when you think about your favorite movie of all time?
There are probably many factors involved into that decision like, the actor or actress in the movie, who directed the movie and a good memory when you first saw it. How about the music and most importantly, the music score of the movie. How important is that?
I think all these things, I just listed contribute to what makes a movie truly great and what makes a movie one of your favorite movies of all time. In this list of Epic Soundtracks are scores by the greats like John Williams, Danny Elfman, Alan Silvestri, Brad Fiedel and Jerry Goldsmith, who created some of the best music scores of all time in some of the greatest movies of all time.
Here are fourteen of my all-time favorite movie scores and of course it's no coincidence that all these movies in this playlist are also some of my most favorite movies of all time.
My absolutely, positively number one movie of all time is Terminator Two Judgment Day, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. I saw this movie in the movie theater when I was 10 years old. It was the first time that I had ever seen a movie that truly blew me away. This was one of the first R-rated movies that my parents would allow me to see in theater. After, watching Terminator Two I was able to go to the local video store and I started renting on VHS every Arnold Schwarzenegger movie throughout the 80s and would sit there night after night watching all of his movies.
To this day Arnold Schwarzenegger is still one of my favorite movie stars of all time. I am a proud Californian and I can also say that I am very proud of the fact that I voted for Arnold Schwarzenegger twice for governor of California.
What is your Favorite movie of all time?
