Wave Riders Vol. 2
Sitting on the beach, wherever you are in the world is where you create dreams and find the music that matches your dream.
This playlist was created all because of a Spanish singer from Barcelona and a French singer that I discovered during the summer of 2023. I feel You, by Payfone and KYD NEREIDA and Sentimentale by Stella.
After I heard these two songs, this playlist really started to take shape. At the time I was reading Billy Idol’s autobiography, “Dancing With Myself” and I decided to throw in Mony Mony by Tommy James & The Shondells for good measure. I mean, it was the song that Billy Idol lost his virginity to. So why not.
Most of these songs came from sitting on the beach with friends over a span of a year. Unlike Wave Riders Volume 1, this one is a creation of songs are more laid-back and chilled for a beach vibe. So grab your beer have a seat and listen to Wave Riders Volume 2.
